Gyan Darshan Bhattarai

Gyan Darshan Bhattarai is an Assistant Professor of Law at Nepal Law Campus, Faculty of Law, Tribhuvan University. He specialises in constitutional and commercial matters. With over 10 years of experience in the legal profession, he brings a sharp understanding of Nepalese court practice and wide knowledge of constitutional and commercial matters. At Vedic, he chairs the Constitutional and Commercial division, which covers writ jurisdiction and commercial litigation.
